Accessibility features
WFO supports accessibility features that provide a more inclusive customer experience. Accessibility design and implementation includes support for screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other features, based on inclusive user interface design.
Keyboard navigation
WFO is accessible using a keyboard. Navigate within the WFO portal using standard keyboard navigation keys:

Tab: Go to the next interactive component.

Shift+Tab: Go back to the previous component

Enter or Space bar: Make a selection or activate a component.

Arrow keys: Navigate in tables, menus, or within a component.
Screen reader support
WFO is accessible to screen readers. Use your screen reader to read textual and non-textual content on the screen.
If you are using JAWS as your screen reader, you can also use the JAWS keyboard shortcuts to navigate WFO.
Skip to Content
If you are using your keyboard to navigate WFO, use the Tab key to access the Skip to Content link to bypass the WFO menu and jump directly to the main workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program..
To activate the Skip to Content link, press Enter.
Enlarged screen display
WFO supports enlarging the screen display to up to 200%.
