View notifications

View read-only messages from other employees or system alert notifications. You can flag any notifications for follow-up purposes.

Before you begin 

Sign in to the portal

Procedure 

  1. Go to My Home. Under My Information, select Notifications.

    The system displays all notifications. The most recent ones are at the top of the list.

  2. To search for a specific notification:

    • To sort the list by a specific column, click any column heading. For example, to sort by flagged notifications, click the Flag column (Notifications Flag).

    • To search for a specific word or phrase in notifications, in the Search box, type the text and click Go.

    • To filter the list by notification type, in the Type box, select a notification type (Email, Internal, or Popup).

    • To filter the list by sent date, select Sent and enter the date range by which you want to filter the list.

  3. Select the notification that you want and click View.

    The system displays the selected notification.

    The Expiration Date is the date the system automatically deletes the notification.

  4. Optional. To flag the notification, click Flag.

    On My Notifications Suite-wide feature that provides a personal, read-only Inbox for notifications sent to users by other employees., a flag icon is displayed for this notification.

  5. To return to My Notifications, click Done.
