Mass Schedule Editor columns
From the Mass Schedule Editor Tool in WFM that allows adding, editing or deleting scheduled events by filtering and grouping calendar information. This grouping allows you to make multiple edits for scheduled events., you can view details about multiple events, and sort by each column.

Group By |
Groups the events in the list by the selected attribute:

Employee Name (Filter) |
Name of the employee scheduled for the event. |
Employee Id |
ID of the employee scheduled for the event. |
Event Type |
Type of the event (including Shift, Shift Event, Calendar Event, Time Off, Unavailability). |
Activity |
Activity of the event (such as Meeting, Lunch, Answer Calls, Immediate). |
Start Date |
Start date and time of the event. |
Duration (in min) |
Duration (in minutes) of the event. |
Status |
State of the update in the Mass Schedule Editor (Successful or Unsuccessful) |
