Delete a KPI

If the KPI you want to delete is included in an objective, it cannot be deleted until the KPI has been removed from the objective.

Procedure 

  1. Point to Performance Management. Under Administration, click KPIs.

    The KPIs page is displayed.

  2. On the left pane, select the organization which contains the KPI you want to delete.

  3. On the right pane, select a KPI.

  4. Click Delete KPI.

Sometimes when you delete a KPI, you see the message:

You are trying to delete KPI that has <X> months of data. Deleting this amount of data will cause some offline processes to run longer than usual.

This message refers to the offline process that deletes the KPI data from Scorecards Product that assists agents, supervisors and all contact center employees to focus on critical aspects of their performance and identify opportunities for improvement. data warehouse. Typically the offline process does not have a significant impact on other processes and adapters. If you are concerned that deleting the KPI data might impact other adapters, start the deletion at the end of the week so that it runs during the weekend.
