Purge a KPI

If you want to delete the data associated with a KPI, but do not want to delete the KPI and its configuration use the Scorecards Product that assists agents, supervisors and all contact center employees to focus on critical aspects of their performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Purge KPI feature.

Procedure 

  1. Point to Performance Management. Under Administration, click KPIs.

    The KPIs page is displayed.

  2. On the left pane, select the organization that has the KPI you want to purge.

  3. On the right pane, select the KPI you are purging.

  4. Click Purge KPI Values.

If the amount of data to purge exceeds the maximum allowed, the KPI cannot be purged. You must copy the KPI, and then delete the original KPI.
