Performance workspaces
Use the Performance workspaces on the Explore Performance page for analysis of scorecard performance based on the selected number of employees or organizations and KPIs.
There are four Performance workspaces. The workspaces display in the right pane of the Performance widget Visual building block in an application that is interchangeable, depending on system or user configurations. with the associated data.

Performance Overview workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program.: Managers use this workspace for scorecard performance analysis of a single employee or organization and multiple KPIs

Select a Time period and a single Employee or Organization in the left selection pane.

Select multiple KPIs in the left pane of the Performance widget.
The selected KPIs can be sorted by Name, Score (Ascending), or Score (Descending).

Compare Performance workspace: Managers use this workspace for scorecard performance comparison analysis between multiple employees or organizations and a single KPI

Select a Time period and multiple Employees or Organizations in the left selection pane.

Select a single KPI in the left pane of the Performance widget.

Heat Map workspace: Managers use this workspace for scorecard performance analysis of multiple employees or organizations and multiple KPIs

Select a Time period and multiple Employees or Organizations in the left selection pane.

KPI View workspace: Managers use this workspace for detailed scorecard performance analysis of a single employee or organization and a single KPI

Select a Time period and a single Employee or Organization in the left selection pane.

Use the various selectors, filters, and controls to modify the data displayed in the workspace or follow your view trail back using the breadcrumbs provided at the top of the page.
