Speech Analytics portlets

Speech Analytics Product that analyzes ongoing changes in customer behavior through spoken interactions with the customer, and drives effective organizational changes needed to address challenging market conditions. portlets provide a quick glance at how speech data is trending. The portlets reveal emerging business phenomena and provide critical information on category Grouping of calls in Speech Analytics that pertain to specific business issues among all transcribed interactions. and term One to five words that are meaningful to a specific type of business, or phrases that stand out in interactions in Speech and Text Analytics. trends.

Two Speech Analytics portlets are available: Analytics Category Trends and Analytics Term Trends. You can configure these portlets to show data that is relevant to your Speech projects.

To be able to configure Term Trends portlets, you need the Advanced Speech Analytics license.

Field	Description
Enable configuration by user	When selected, users can configure the portlet Visual building block in an application that is interchangeable, depending on system or user configurations (also known as a widget). in a shared dashboard Suite-wide unified dashboard that provides a single, quick view of valuable information across multiple applications..
Project Instance of the Speech and Text Analytics application that supports a different language or Line of Business (LOB).	Provides a list of the Speech projects to which you have access rights.
Source	If your system is integrated with other products, you can set the dashboard to show data from different sources: Speech (default): Show trends based on speech-only data. <name of text data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs.>: Show trends for the selected text data source. Depending on how your system is configured, this source can include data from sources such as chats, social media, or email. All: Show trends based on speech and text data.
Recent Changes	Sets the dashboard to show trends that happened in the last day or week.
Long-Term Volatility	Sets the dashboard to show trends that happened in the last month, three, six, nine or 12 months.
Period	The options available under Period vary according to your previous selection: Recent Changes: Day and Week Long-Term Volatility: 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 months
