View event requests
After submitting event requests, you can view them on the Event Requests screen. You can filter the requests by activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule., dates, and status.
Procedure

Go to My Home. From My Requests, select Event Requests.
The system displays all existing requests, and information about each request.

If needed, filter by the following attributes:

To filter by activity, select Activities. Then, select all the activities associated with the events by which you want to filter (such as Break, Coaching Application that provides a method of directing, instructing and training a person or group of people, with the aim of achieving a set goal or developing specific skills., and Mail).

To filter by date, select Dates, and then select one of the following options:

To filter by the date on which requests were submitted, select Submitted. Specify a date range by selecting either Today, Past 7 days, Past 30 days, or Custom and enter a date range.

To filter by the start time of requests, select Requested Start Time. Specify a date range by selecting either Today, Next 7 days, Next 30 days, Past 7 days, Past 30 days, or Custom and define a date range.

To filter by the end time of requests, select Requested End Time. Specify a date range by selecting either Today, Next 7 days, Next 30 days, Past 7 days, Past 30 days, or Custom and define a date range.

To filter by status, select Status. Then, select the statuses by which you want to filter requests, including All statuses, Pending, Approved, Denied, Withdrawn and Invalid. To filter requests by their expiration status, under Expiration, select Not expired or Expired.

When you are done setting all filters, select Apply.

To sort according to specific columns:

Select Sort.

On the Sort screen, select a column by which to sort the event requests, in ascending or descending order. To add a second and third column by which to sort, click the plus (+) sign. To remove a column for sorting, click the x sign.
The system sorts the data according to the first column, then the second column, and then the third column. To change the order of a column, select the up or down arrow next to the column name.
