Workplace availability

If your company chooses to use this feature for activities, other icons can be displayed on the My Personal Summary and My Personal Schedule pages. These icons show the location of scheduled activities.

When an activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule. is scheduled in the office, the percentage of available space is shown. You can view it next to any shift Work period in WFM that has a definite length. that contains an office-based activity on the My Personal Summary page and next to an activity on the My Personal Schedule page - textual view. Example: 50% available space.

This percentage is based on the maximum number of employees allowed to work in your office or office space as configured by your company--not the total number of employees.

Example: You share your office or office space with 100 employees, but your company sets the maximum number of employees allowed to work in the office to 50 employees. If 25 employees are scheduled in the office for an activity on the selected day, then 50% available space is displayed for the activity.
