After generating a schedule for the secondary campaign Collection of scheduling periods in WFM, which are defined time periods where specific employees target specific workloads. that includes poolers Term in WFM that defines employees who can be scheduled to work for their primary organization and also for multiple secondary organizations to support campaign pooling., you can now view them as poolers on the schedule.

Activity list can look different for poolers for existing events

Events assigned to poolers can be associated with activities defined in different campaigns.

For employees, you can only view the list of activities defined for the scheduling period. For existing events defined for poolers from a different campaign, if you have scope to the organization that is associated with that campaign, you can view both the activities defined for the current scheduling period and the one activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule. defined in that campaign.

Example: activity list is different for poolers

A logged-in user has scope over organization A and B. The user is currently viewing an Org A scheduling period. In the Org A scheduling period, there are poolers with existing events associated with activities from Org B.

In this case, the user can view all activities from Org A, in addition to the single activity from Org B already assigned to poolers.

This activity list view is only relevant for existing events. When creating new events, the user can only see activities defined in Org A. In addition, if the user changes the Org B activity to an Org A activity, the Org B activity is no longer displayed in the activity list.
