Activate a rule

After you create a rule and configure it, you can activate it.

Before you begin

  • Create a rule

  • Before activating a rule, verify that the following settings are already configured for the rule:

    • Rule name

    • Requested days

    • Activity and Schedule as (layer)

    • At least one organization

    • At least one role + actions combination

Procedure 

  1. Go to Request Management. From Request Anything, select Rules.

  2. From the rules list, hover over the rule you want to edit, and select the Activate icon.
