Delete a rule

You can delete an existing rule that is no longer needed.

You cannot delete a rule that has non-expired, pending requests associated with it.

Before you begin

Create a rule

After you delete a rule, you can no longer view it in the rules list. However, you can still view information about the deleted rule in request history and in BI reports.

Procedure 

  1. Go to Request Management. From Request Anything, select Rules.

  2. From the rules list, hover over the rule you want to edit, and select the Delete icon.
