Edit a rule

You can edit an existing rule. For example, you can add more roles or change the activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule. for a specific rule.

You cannot edit a rule that has non-expired, pending requests associated with it.

Before you begin

Inactivate a rule

Procedure 

  1. Go to Request Management. From Request Anything, select Rules.

  2. From the rules list, hover over the rule you want to edit, and select the Edit Form icon.

  3. Update any settings for the rule, as required.

  4. Select Save and close.

    After editing a rule, activate it.
