Time interval

Specifies a round time interval that must be configured for the requested event.

For example, if this parameter is set to 15 minutes, the requested event must be set to a round 15-minute time interval, such as 10:00-10:15, or 7:30-7:45. It cannot be set to a time interval such as 10:05-10:20 or 3:10-3:25.

Specifies the results if the validation is violated:

  • Display validation alert: If the requested event is not set to the defined round time interval, the system displays an alert, indicating that the time interval for the event must be updated to reflect the defined round time interval.

  • Prevent submitting request: If the requested event is not set to the defined round time interval, the system blocks the user from submitting the request. To submit the request, the user must change the time interval of the event to reflect the defined round time interval.

Activity overlap

Specifies that if the activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule. specified in the employee request overlaps with the defined activities, the specified action must be taken.

From the Activities drop-down list, the number of selected activities is displayed.
