Create a filter for Bid Options (for employees)

On the Bid Options page, create a filter to exclude specific types of shifts in the Bid Options list.

Procedure 

1. Go to Request Management. Under Schedule Auctions, select Bid Options.

2. From the Filter drop-down list, select Create Filter.

3. Set the Schedule settings for the filter.

4. For each day in the auction, set the filter settings.

5. Under Skills, select the skill Defined level of knowledge that an employee needs in order to handle a defined workload in WFM. settings for the filter.

6. To save the filter settings, select Save.
