Notification Alert rule descriptions

Each Notification Alert rule type responds to different triggers in the system relating to lesson assignments, competencies, and KPIs.

The following eLearning Product that provides hard and soft skills training, applicable for the entire employee life cycle (before, during, and after the hiring process), and includes training assessment and design tools. Notification Alert rule templates are available:

  • New Lesson Assigned

    When a New Lesson Assigned rule is triggered, employees receive email or pop-up notification when new lessons are assigned.

    • When a student receives a New Lesson Assigned notification alert, the alert also includes a link to the student’s Current Assignments screen in eLearning Student called Link to the Current Assignments page.

  • Lesson Due Date

    When a Lesson Due Date rule is triggered, employees receive either email or pop-up notification that an assigned lesson has a due date within a specified number of days or that the due date has passed. Criteria set when the rule is configured determine whether the notice informs the employee of a due date or a past due date.

  • Schedule Activity Change Reminder (with Learning Break activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule.)

    When a Schedule Activity Change Reminder rule (with Learning Break activity) is triggered, employees receive either email or pop-up notification at a specified time prior to a scheduled lesson. A link to their eLearning Assignment page is included, where the lesson can be launched.

  • Lesson Completion

    When a Lesson Completion rule is triggered, employees receive email notification that lessons have been completed. An administrator can specify whether email is sent each time a lesson has been completed, or when a specific lesson has been completed.

  • KPI Out of Range

    When a KPI Out of Range rule is triggered, employees may be sent email or a pop-up, and assigned selected lessons. If applicable, assigned lessons can be mapped to a specific competency. When configuring this alert rule, the administrator specifies the KPI value that triggers the rule.

    The KPI Out of Range notification alert form is only visible and available for configuration in eLearning if your organization has a Scorecards Product that assists agents, supervisors and all contact center employees to focus on critical aspects of their performance and identify opportunities for improvement. license.

  • Competency Due Date

    When a Competency Due Date rule is triggered, employees receive email notification that an assigned competency has not been acquired or is below the required rank, and is either due within a specified number of days or is past due.

  • Competency Rank

    When a Competency Rank rule is triggered, employees receive email notification that an employee has received a competency rank below the required or the rank specified in the alert rule. This alert rule can be configured so that individual lessons and lessons mapped to a specified competency are assigned to employees.
