Pause a lesson

You can only pause a lesson that your administrator or supervisor configured as “resumable” when adding it to the lesson library. If a scored lesson is not resumable, exiting the lesson results in your receiving a status of Failed if the lesson requires a passing score, or Done if the lesson does not require a passing score.

  1. Go to My Home. Under My eLearning Product that provides hard and soft skills training, applicable for the entire employee life cycle (before, during, and after the hiring process), and includes training assessment and design tools., select Assignments or History to open the Current Assignments or eLearning History page.

    The page lists all the lessons and lesson blocks currently assigned to you, and also shows the status of each lesson or lesson block.

  2. Select the lesson that you want to take. It can be a standalone lesson, or a lesson that is in a lesson block.

  3. Click Start Lesson or Resume Lesson (based on the lesson status).

    The lesson launches in a separate browser page.

  4. To pause the lesson so that you can resume it at a later time, close the lesson’s browser page.

    The eLearning system processes the lesson results and the Lesson attempt results page opens, indicating a status of Bookmarked for the lesson.

  5. To close the Lesson attempt results page, click Done.

    The page refreshes to show the Assignments or History page. Lesson results are reflected beside the lesson’s name in the Assignments or History list.
