Organization-scoped user-defined fields

With the appropriate licensing, you can assign user-defined fields to employees, where the user-defined field has been set up for specific organizations. Only employees that belong to that organization can have those user-defined fields assigned to them.

Use these user-defined fields to include specific employee attributes that are relevant in one organization but not another.

The User Defined Fields tab is only visible if your company has the Organization Scoped UDF feature activated.

If you do not have this feature activated, create user-defined fields in System Management Module that allows performing suite-wide system management activities from a single, Web-based application, the Enterprise Manager. on the General page under General Settings.
