Manage tenant privileges

After uploading their tenant license, tenants can assign any tenant-safe privileges covered by their license to roles. In the Tenant Privileges page, you can view the privileges available to each tenant. If needed, you can enable or disable specific privileges for a tenant to control which licensed and tenant-safe privileges they can assign to users.

Example:

• Disable privileges for administrator tasks that you manage on behalf of the tenant.

• Disable privileges for features that require training Semantic Intelligence (Si) process in Speech Analytics in which the system implements machine learning-based methods to extract and surface ontology-related items found in a sampling of transcribed interactions., and enable them again after the tenant has passed the training.

Before you begin 

To manage tenant privileges, you must be assigned the following privileges:

• View tenant privileges

• Edit tenant privileges

Procedure 

1. In System Management Module that allows performing suite-wide system management activities from a single, Web-based application, the Enterprise Manager., under Licensing Management, click Tenant Privileges.

2. In the left pane, select the tenant name.

3. In the right pane, expand the list to view the privileges.

4. Select or clear the relevant privileges.

5. Click Save.
