This chapter provides an overview of the suite’s integration service, server packages and their components.

The following content is only meant to provide an overview of the integration service.

For details on the Integration server and adapters see the following:

  • The adapter online help: navigate to Integration Management > Integration Server > Integration Server, and click Help.

  • The Workforce Optimization solution’s suite of Adapter guides: these guides are shipped with each customer’s installation DVDs.
