Integration Server architecture

The Integration Server provides the following services:

• Framework services for managing integration tasks (in the form of integration adapters and interfaces). These services include security, licensing, database access, workflow management, error detection Function of the IAFD product that compares a caller’s voice to one or more voiceprints in a watch list to detect if a target is participating in a call. and recovery, logging and alerts, and Watchdog and scheduling services.

• Monitoring the status of adapters and interfaces (example, connection to the ACD).

• Controlling adapters and interfaces (start, stop).

• Supplying configuration information to adapters and interfaces.

• Passing data from the adapters and interfaces to the suite database.
