Limiting the number of concurrent WFO sessions

The number of concurrent WFO sessions is unlimited, by default. You can set a limit, though, to manage the number of concurrent WFO sessions on each application server.

You can limit the number of concurrent WFO user sessions on an application server. Or you can include "system user" sessions, and limit the total number of concurrent WFO sessions. System user sessions are those sessions that internal system requests create.

By default, system user sessions are not included in the count of concurrent WFO sessions.

If the number of concurrent WFO sessions reaches the configured limit, any requests that require the creation of a new session receive a response with the HTTP status code "503 Service Unavailable."
