Workflow: Set up users provisioned from Identity Management

To provision users and employees from Identity Management to WFO, the Service Provider Administrator (SPA) configures WFO to connect to Identity Management, and creates an organization in WFO as a temporary location to receive the provisioned users.

A Tenant Administrator completes the user setup by moving employees into the organization to which they belong, and by configuring access rights for provisioned users.

Before you begin

Verify with the SPA that WFO is configured for user provisioning from Identity Management.
Check that the users and employees to be provisioned have an account in Identity Management.

Workflow

Move an employee to their target organization or Use a data file to move multiple employees to organizations

Move an employee from the provisioning organization that the SPA created into the organization to which they belong. For multiple employees, you can use a CSV file to import organization details.
Assign roles and scopes

Configure the access rights for provisioned users by assigning security roles and scopes to the users.
