View the new employees in the WFO application
After the Cloud Services administrator completes the provisioning process, you can view the newly created employees in the WFO application.
Before you begin
Wait for the Cloud Services administrator to inform you that they have completed the Azure Active Directory One of the main user authentication methods supported in the system, allowing customers to leverage Windows Authentication as the authentication mechanism in the system. (AAD) to WFO application provisioning process before performing this procedure.
Procedure

Log into the WFO portal Home page or main UI access point for all WFO applications..

Go to User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization.. Under Employees, select Profiles.

You can see the new employees that were provisioned from the AAD in the Name panel at the left of the screen.
