Create a project rule for a scheduling period
Create a project rule exception for a specific scheduling period only. A project rule defines the length of time and time period in which you want employees to perform a project activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). Procedure

Go to Forecasting and Scheduling. Under Work Rules, select Project Rules.

From the Campaign Name column, expand the campaign Collection of scheduling periods in WFM, which are defined time periods where specific employees target specific workloads. and select the scheduling period for which you want to create a project rule.

Select Create.

From the Activity field, select one of the project activities you defined.

From Start Times, select the cell in the grid that represents the start time of the shift:

Select the day of the week for which you want to define the start time of the project work.

Select the cell or cells representing the start times in the grid for the selected day.

When you have completed the remaining fields for the project rule, select Save.
