My Notifications columns

The My Notifications Suite-wide feature that provides a personal, read-only Inbox for notifications sent to users by other employees. page displays all received read-only messages from other employees and system alert notifications. The columns on this page provide more details about each notification.

Type

Indicates the message type:

  • Email: Notification about an alert rule

  • Internal: Employee message sent internally

  • Popup: Either notification about an alert rule or internally sent pop-up message

Notifications Priority

Indicates the priority of the message. Notifications with a High or Confidential priority display an icon.

Notifications Flag

Indicates whether the notification has been flagged.

From

Indicates the sender of the notification:

  • Internal: Name of the employee

  • Emails and Popups: Name of the alert rule

Subject

Subject of the notification

Sent

Date and time the notification was sent.

Status

Status of the notification:

  • Internal: Read or Unread

  • Emails and Popups: Delivered or Failed

Read

Date and time the notification was read or delivered (in Status).

NOTE: If the Status is Failed, NA is displayed in the Read column.
