Workflow: Delete scheduling periods and campaigns

Delete scheduling periods and campaigns that are no longer needed. This procedure should be completed in a careful, step-by-step process to properly purge the database.

Before you begin

Log on to the WFO portal Home page or main UI access point for all WFO applications. as Administrator

Workflow 

  1. Unpublish the schedule for deleting scheduling periods

    Unpublish the schedule for the campaign Collection of scheduling periods in WFM, which are defined time periods where specific employees target specific workloads. and associated scheduling periods that you want to delete.

  2. Delete scheduled assignments

    Delete all scheduled shifts and overtime extensions for the campaign and associated scheduling periods that you want to delete.

  3. Delete campaign and associated scheduling periods

    Delete the campaign, and all of its associated scheduling periods.
