Before you begin
Configure adapter to export data to outsourcers
Procedure

Go to Integration Management > Data Sources > Settings.

Select Create Data Source.

On the Data Source Type screen in the Type box, select Outsourcer.

Select Select.

Complete the fields on the Create Data Source screen.
The External Name is the name of the ACD as retrieved by the ACD vendor.
