Map outsourcer skills

Map outsourcer skills to in-house company skills. This mapping is needed if outsourcer schedules contain skills not recognized by your company.

Before you begin 

Create outsourcer data source

Procedure 

1. Go to Integration Management > Data Sources > Skill Mapping.

2. From the Data Source Name column, select the outsourcer data source you created.

3. Select Create Mapping.

4. On the Create Skill Mapping page, enter the name and description of the outsourcer skill Defined level of knowledge that an employee needs in order to handle a defined workload in WFM..

5. In the Mapped Skill field, select a skill defined in your company that matches the outsourcer skill, and select Save.
