Map outsourcer activities

Map outsourcer activities to in-house company activities. This mapping is needed if outsourcer schedules contain activities not recognized by your company.

Procedure 

  1. Go to Integration Management > Data Sources > Activity Mapping.

  2. From the Data Source Name column, select the outsourcer data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs. you created.

  3. Select Create Mapping.

  4. On the Create Activity Mapping page, enter the name and description of the outsourcer activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule..

  5. In the Mapped Activity field, select an activity defined in your company that matches the outsourcer activity, and select Save.
