View historical schedule changes
As a scheduler, you can view changes made to an employees calendar using Historical Changes. Use the available filters to select the changes to see for the period of the schedule you are viewing. You can view changes made in a specified time frame, changes of a certain type or action, changes made by a selected employee, or changes that came from a specified source. Once you have made a selection, a list of historical changes is visible which you can select to see in more detail.
Procedure

From Forecasting and Scheduling, go to Calendar, then select View.

Select the employee whose schedule changes you want to see.

Select Historical Changes.

From the popup, do the following:

Select one, or more Actions from the list box.

Select one, or more Assignments from the list box.

Select one, or more Employees from the list box.

Select one, or more Sources from the list box.

Select a Time frame from the list box, or create a custom time frame using the Custom selection.

Select Apply.
The selections you made for the time frame that you specified are now visible on the screen.

To leave the Historical Changes popup, select Cancel.
