Historical schedule change settings

Before you can see historical schedule changes for an employee, you must make a selection from the following parameters:

Field

Description

Actions

The type of change you want to see. You can choose one, or more from a list of actions such as: Created, Deleted, Updated, Published, or Unpublished.

Assignments

The type of schedule event that was changed. You can choose one, or more from a list of Assignments such as: Shift, Calendar event, Time off, or Unavailability.

Employees

The employee who made the selected changes. You can choose one, or more employees for your selection.

Sources

The means by which the change was made. For example, through the Scheduler API, or using the Calendar.

Time Frame

Select the time frame in which the changes were made. You can select a specified time frame from the list, or you can create a custom time frame. For example, you may want to see all the changes made, for the selected criteria, in the last 7 days.

Historical Change output parameters

Once you have specified your change parameters, you can see a list of the historical changes for the employee on the left. When you select one of the historical changes, more details are visible in the popup.

Specifies what aspect of the event or assignment was changed, for example: Shift Template, or Time.

Specifies the event or assignment information before the changes.

After

Specifies the event or assignment information after the changes.
