Creating data sources

To create data sources, follow the instructions for each data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs. type. Note that once you’ve selected a data source type, configured it, and saved it, you cannot later edit the data source type itself.
