eLearning must be integrated with both Quality Monitoring and Scorecards Product that assists agents, supervisors and all contact center employees to focus on critical aspects of their performance and identify opportunities for improvement. to have Competency-based Learning evaluations.
Lesson Management (available with Quality Monitoring, Workforce Management, and Workforce Optimization)
Student pages (available with Quality Monitoring, Workforce Management, and Workforce Optimization).

The eLearning product is role-based. User roles, typically assigned by business administrators, determine the functionality available to users when using Competency-based Learning, Lesson Management, and the Student pages.
