Understand notification alerts

eLearning Product that provides hard and soft skills training, applicable for the entire employee life cycle (before, during, and after the hiring process), and includes training assessment and design tools. users with one or more appropriate roles can configure notification alert rules so that agents and their managers automatically receive email messages related to lesson assignment and competency due dates and rank. Certain notification alert types (for example, New Lesson Assigned) can appear as pop-ups on the desktop screens of agents.
