View sent notifications
You can view sent notifications from the Messages screen.
Procedure

Go to Tracking > Notifications > Messages. The Messages page displays all the notifications sent by employees within your scope.

Narrow your message view by filtering as follows:

Filter by notification type (with or without a status). In the Type box, select a type. For example, you can use this filter to view all DPA messages.

Filter by sent date. To view only those notifications sent in the last 30 days, select the Sent check box. To increase or decrease the date time frame, change a date by typing a new date. Alternately, you can click the calendar icon to select a date.

Do one of the following as required:

To view details of messages in the list, select a message and then click View. Clicking this button opens the Notification Details page, in read-only mode.

To edit messages, select an Internal message type, and click Edit. The Notification Details page opens, in Edit mode. You can only edit Internal message types.

To delete a message, select a message and click Purge.
