Activate a license

Go to the license activation web application at this URL:

https://licensing.verint.com/LicenseActivator/Activate.aspx

The License Activation page opens.
In the License Reference Number (LRN) text box, type the LRN.
Select Go.
To accept the license agreement, click Accept.
In the Enter the 36-digit Registration Key (RK) including hyphens box, type the unique RK for the system.
For side-by-side upgrades from 15.1 to 15.2 where the source system has a different RK than the target, enter the RK for the source system.
Select OK.

The next page displays the license information for this LRN.

If there was a previously activated LRN, the activation site displays its LRN number, and the merged license information for both LRNs.
Verify the information on the page and select OK.
On the next page, enter your contact The entire communication experience for a customer, from beginning to end. details.
Select OK.

The activation is complete. The page refreshes again, showing the XML file that you need to activate your licensed products.
Do one of the following:
1. On the activation page, select Download and save the XML license file to your hard drive.
2. You do not have to download and save the file immediately. After activation, an email is sent to the address you provided. The email confirms your details and includes the file attachment for your license. Open and save the attachment to your hard drive.
