Notifications screen reference

The fields on the Notifications screen are described here.

Column

Description

Type

Indicates the message type. Values include:

  • Internal

  • Email

  • Desktop

  • DPA

  • Mobile

Priority

For each type of notification, identifies the priority.

  • Internal (message): Low, Standard, or High.

  • Email: Low, Standard, or High.

  • Desktop: Normal, High, or Confidential.

  • DPA: Low, Standard, or High.

  • Mobile: Low, Standard, or High

From

For each type of notification, identifies the sender:

  • Internal: Name of sender.

  • Desktop: Name of sender.

  • Email: Name of the alert rule.

  • DPA: Name of the alert rule.

  • Mobile: Name of the alert rule

Subject

Subject of the message

Sent

Day, date, and time the notification was sent.

Status

Delivery status of notification. Varies by notification type:

  • Email: Delivered, Failed.

  • Internal: Read, Unread

  • Desktop: Delivered, Failed

  • DPA: Delivered, Failed

  • Mobile: Sent, Failed

Read

Date and time of the action listed in the Status column with one exception. When the Status is Failed for Email, Mobile, DPA or Desktop notifications, NA is used.
