Track the performance of a hiring plan
Use Hiring Analytics to view how many hires have been made for a specified position in Verint Intelligent Interviewing against the projected requirements for that position from the Strategic Planner. The projected staffing requirements come from the Strategic Planner scenario data file which is uploaded to a hiring plan. The scenario data covers a specified period and includes work queue Entity that represents demand in WFM. Queues help predict workload by multiplying the volume of customer interactions by their expected handling time. statistics and staffing profiles. Data for the number of hires made over the period comes from Verint Intelligent Interviewing and is shown as the actual number for each interval and the cumulative number.
Data for Hiring Analytics comes from the following sources:

Strategic Planner: Hires - Required, Volume, Activity Handling Time, Service Level, Average Speed to Answer, Backlog

Before you begin
Create a hiring plan, which contains at least one position that has a Strategic Planner profile linked to it.
Procedure

Go to Forecasting and Scheduling. Under Workforce Analytics select Hiring Analytics.

From Hiring Plan, select the hiring plan containing the position you want to view the data for.

From Position, select all, one, or more positions to view data for.
A position only appears for selection in a hiring plan, if it has a linked Strategic Planner profile.

To select what statistics to display, select from the View menu. By default, all statistics are shown.
The selected data is presented in two summary tables, Hiring and Strategic Planner Statistics. The data for each statistic is also shown on its own chart.
