Message priority

The sender sets the message priority. It is displayed in the Messages window.

Priority	Icon	Description
Normal	no icon	When a normal priority message is received, the recipient needs to open the Desktop Messaging Application that allows sending pop-up messages to employees by selecting the recipients' name, login or role within the organization. window from the notification tray to read the message.
High		When a high priority message is received, the Desktop Messages window opens automatically to ensure that the recipient reads the message immediately.
Confidential		When a confidential message is received, the sender, subject, and content of the message are hidden. The recipient can select to show the message in the Desktop Messages window.
