Widget controls
You view and manage the content of each widget Visual building block in an application that is interchangeable, depending on system or user configurations. on the My Dashboards workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program. with a set of controls.

Launch Full Report
|
Provided for any report based on an SSRS report-based portlet Visual building block in an application that is interchangeable, depending on system or user configurations (also known as a widget)., such as WFM, Operations, and Scorecards Product that assists agents, supervisors and all contact center employees to focus on critical aspects of their performance and identify opportunities for improvement.. Launches the full version of the report based on the report parameters as defined by the portlet.
NOTE: If the full report is unable to run, the icon is hidden. IMPORTANT: Availability of this feature is limited to portlets that support it. Not all report-based portlets provide the launch full report option. |
Select Chart

Provided for certain report-based portlets containing multiple charts. Use the drop-down list to display only a single chart in the portlet.
