After opening the suite’s main window, go to My Home. Under My eLearning Product that provides hard and soft skills training, applicable for the entire employee life cycle (before, during, and after the hiring process), and includes training assessment and design tools., choose one of the options.

Assignments	View your current assignments and their status - see Open and review the list of current lesson assignments Click Details to view individual lesson or lesson block details - see View individual current lesson or lesson block details Click Start Lesson to start a lesson - see Take a Lesson Click Resume to resume a paused lesson - see Resume a lesson
History	View your entire lesson assignment history, including those lesson assignments that have not been started, or have already been completed - see Review lesson history Click Details to view individual lesson or lesson block details - see View individual lesson details Click Attempts to view the number of times a lesson has been attempted - see View the results of lesson assignment attempts Click Start Lesson to re-take a lesson - see Take a Lesson
Self Assignment	Click Assign to assign available lesson assignments to yourself - see Self-assign a lesson Click Unassign to unassign lessons that you had self-assigned - see Unassign a lesson or lesson block
Competencies	View a list of your assigned competencies and your achieved rank and score - see Open and review the Competencies list NOTE: If your organization did not purchase a Competency-based Learning license, this tab is not visible.
